Everybody Has a Seed to Sow

Then Sings My Soul Saturday Meme

What would happen if we all witnessed - to the people in our own little area of the world? Many of us want to leave the evangelizing up to the "Called" or to the missionaries. But, I don't think that is what Jesus intended for us to do. He said: "And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere—in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” Acts 1:8

This is so great! I think it is awesome how God uses us in such personal ways. There are areas I feel completely uncomfortable or inadequate but someone else thrives at them. Thanks for all of the practical ideas for evangelism!

Have a happy Saturday,
Kelley

Thanks for joining in. These were such great ideas and yes... We are all called to be His witnesses. We not may have to go overseas... or maybe we do, but we are to tell others of His love for us no matter where we are. Thanks for this reminder.

Yes, we do need to be made aware, there is a BIG world out there. We all do HAVE A SEED TO SOW!

I've been honored leave the USA 5x on mission trips, LIFE CHANGING. Once you go, you never ever forget those faces.

Thanks for sharing this awesome video this morning!!

I haven't heard this song in ages! I have to admit that "witnessing" is something that I've always felt awkward about...I've never felt like I could do street evangelism at all. But I have no problem giving God credit for anything and everything He's done for me. Sometimes that is a huge witness in and of itself. Thanks for reminding us of different ways to evangelize!

I've always like this song and especially how they incorporated the African children singing. Yes, we all do have a seed to sow -- a great reminder in this song!

I love this....I have a daughter that is extremely mission minded! Her hearts desire is to go to S. Africa. This past week during Spring Break, she walked the streets of our town and invited people to youth events they were having nightly.

It is so true that we all have our own seed to sow, and we all have an area that we are strong in.

SO glad you found the Algerbar link helpful! I found another site that we may do Algebra 2 from and we may not even need the curriculum we bought. It's called coolmath.com.

Yes, if we answer to our "Titus 2" calling and help teach the younger women how GOD wants them be.. then we can start our ministry out of our own homes. (Or that of our friends)

THANKS SO MUCH for sharing your FIRE!
